The Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of South Australia is one of Co-Opera's principal sponsors. The Society generously makes available the facilities of the Thomas Edmonds Opera Studio for rehearsals and occasional performances throughout most of the year.

Co-Opera is indebted to Hans Henkell of Henkell Brothers for his sponsorship and support over many years. This has been in the form of commercial sponsorship, generous benefaction and event presentation. Mr Henkell was instrumental in bringing to fruition Co-Opera's successful tour to Europe in 2009.
   
Arts SA
Through Arts SA, the South Australian Government generously assists Co-Opera by providing funds under a scheme for annually funded companies. Co-Opera has enjoyed this status since 1998.
   

Playing Australia
Co-Opera has received assistance to support its regional performance touring program since 1995 from the Federal Government of Australia through its Playing Australia funding program.
